By purchasing tickets, registering as a driver, or attending any Palmetto Mudway event located at 128 Edisto River Rd, St George, SC 29477 (the “Venue”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not attend or participate in any Palmetto Mudway event.

Motorsport events, including mud bog racing and dirt drag racing, involve inherent risks of injury, death, and property damage. By attending or participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to:

• Flying debris, mud, and projectiles from competing vehicles
• Noise levels that may cause hearing damage
• Slippery or uneven terrain throughout the venue
• Mechanical failures of competing vehicles
• Actions of other spectators, drivers, or participants

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Palmetto Mudway, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your attendance or participation in any Palmetto Mudway event, including claims arising from the negligence of the Released Parties.

All ticket sales are final. Palmetto Mudway does not offer refunds for purchased tickets except in the event of a full event cancellation by Palmetto Mudway. In the case of cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

All merchandise sales are final. Palmetto Mudway does not accept returns or exchanges on apparel unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. Trackside orders must be picked up at the event for which they were purchased; unclaimed orders will not be refunded.

Palmetto Mudway reserves the right to remove any attendee or participant from the venue at any time for conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms, without refund. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Entering restricted or track areas without authorization
• Possession or use of illegal substances
• Harassment or threatening behavior toward staff, participants, or other attendees
• Tampering with vehicles, equipment, or venue property

All drivers and participants must comply with the official class rules and safety requirements published on the Driver Info page. Palmetto Mudway reserves the right to disqualify any vehicle or driver that does not meet safety or class requirements. Entry fees are non-refundable once a vehicle has competed.

By attending a Palmetto Mudway event, you grant Palmetto Mudway a perpetual, royalty-free license to use any photographs, videos, or other media in which you appear for promotional, marketing, or editorial purposes without compensation.

All spectators must comply with the official spectator rules available on the Spectator Rules page. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dorchester County, South Carolina.

Palmetto Mudway reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued attendance or participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
